Oh boy do I know about this problem! I have 4 adults of my own and 2 puppies right now. why is it that everyone wants what someone else has??? The puppies want the adult food, the adults want the puppy food... and I also feed raw and when they all get the same thing, they still want to trade bowls. I have different bowls depending on which dog it is and how much they eat and whether they need to lose weight or are just right or need to gain weight so it's really important that Libby eats her dish (she's a little small and not chunky but will be if she gains anymore) and that Piper (who is underweight) eats her dish. I'm always juggling. The adults are pretty good, I put their dish in front of them and say their name so they get it as long as I am right there to watch. If I leave the room then all bets are off... |
