Ruby Sioux was going to be Izzy, Deja (for Deja vu she looked like Lola), Pippa...the list goes on...a friend called me one day all excited saying she had found the perfect name...Ruby...the minute I heard it I knew that was her perfect name. Sioux came from my favorite college hockey team.
Rosie's registered name is Little Mitzy Me. The breeder called her Mitzy- she refused to come to me with that name. So I tried to come up w a name that went w Ruby...the first time I called her Rosie, she came running. Rosie has "old soul" eyes and I love talking to her and looking into her eyes...its like she hears and understands even on bad days. That's why I think her name fits..Rosie just seems like an old compassionate sweet name.
