Its enough for you to be concerned, your pup is very young (too young) and for your vet to tell you to wait 3 more days....quite frankly I'd find a new vet. Take your pup to a vet tomorrow, and if he gets ANY worse at all...an emergency vet a.s.a.p. even coccidian can bring these little pups down quickly. Do not wait till Friday. Keep us posted.
