Have you tried etsy? Lots of great sellers on there, that make personalized collars.

Ella's Lead does small dog collars.
Paco does some really cool original ones but they are a lot more pricey.
Here is Jackson's Paco. He's worn it every day for probably 6 months now, and it's just amazing. It's gotten even softer, if that's possible. But been through water, dirt, etc and still looks amazing. I prefer the 3/4" width on him, but get the buckle tapered to 1/2". 3/4" all around is too thick for him.
