We were discussing it at work and we supposed that some of their heads were decapitated so there couldn't be an autopsy done.
I REALLY hope this gets a lot of coverage so that more organizations can step in and help pin these BEEP-holes.
There isn't even an ASPCA in this area! GGRRRR! All I know is SOMEBODY needs to step up and nail these people!
