Sorry, forgot to address the original question: as for the eating, I am not the type to cook for myself, much less for a dog, so I put the kibble he had been started on at his breeders house down for him, and when he got hungry enough, he ate. Huey would sometimes go 24hours without eating kibble, but as long as he took water well and the potty training treats, I didn't vworry a lot. I had him on purina one puppy and then adult purina one small bites, but since joining this forum, I learned the error of my ways and he is now on Blue Buffalo grain free and he loves it. I would listen to these experienced yorkie owners...I have learned so much!! |
