I make up a 'finishing' spray...12 oz sprayer...and add about 1/8-1/4 tsp coconut oil, and up to 20 drops of other oils like peppermint, clove, etc...and add a teensy bit...maybe 1/2 tsp of detangler sometimes. I spray it on while they are still dripping wet after their bath, gently 'press' it into their hair, then towel them off and blow dry. The oils make them smell really nice but it's not profusive, and help keep tangles minimal...even though they are very silky and shiny and do not tangle easily anyway.
