Yes he is neutered.. I do leave him in an x-pen while at work. He seems to do the most damage while I am at home now. We spent about 3 hours Saturday taking down Christmas decorations and he had soo much anxiety because we were not doing our "normal routine" that he marked at least 3 places in the house.
