I understand how you feel. Having a tiny puppy can be a bit sad, when you think about your puppy not having a friend to play with. Even though you might want that for your dog, if you're giving your puppy enough play time, it should be fine.
I have never liked bringing a new puppy into the house when I already had a very young puppy, waiting until the youngest puppy in the house is at least 6-9 month old.
Not only that, there is the potential for the yorkies to bond to each other and not to you, and that can cause an exacerbation of "little dog" syndrome, because they might feel as though they have to look out for and protect each other, since it's them against the world.
So, my answer would be were I you, I would wait until my dog was at least 6 months of age before bringing in a new puppy.
