Momo had Jaws teeth, double rows on top. His teeth were so tiny that the adult teeth didn't push them out, it wasn't budging. He had all his retained baby teeth pulled (maybe 11+?) @ the same time he got neutered.
You can try playing tug of war, sometimes that helps loose baby tooth/teeth fall out.

If you want to keep Toby from marking everywhere (like your house), get him neutered asap b4 he reaches sexual maturity.
There's already too many homeless dogs & cats in shelters...please don't contribute to the overpopulation.
