Sometimes they don't..but since he's young you can help it by shaving or cutting short all the hair on his ears...maybe tape them for awhile. Maynot do anything but some have success. IME if they are going to stands they do right away.See my avitar he's 10 weeks there. But others have had success helping.. But even if they don't we get them for there personality....Thats not going to change
