I was in an accident at work. I have damage to my neck, shoulder, back and knees. I am a mess. I am disabled because of it. I used to be so active. Yoga, hiking, sledding (we have snow) motorcycle riding, now I can barely get up. My pain level is an 8 contant. But it's life. I got off all the heavy meds, they are not good for your body. Kill your liver and stuff. I manage the the pain but these past few days. . . I can really use a few.
