I have had 2 surgeries in a year on my left shoulder. Now there is pain in the joint and goes down my arm. Maybe a pinched nerve I hope. 3 herniated disks in my lower back and spinalnosis. The pain is so bad it runs down my legs. They hurt so bad. And the skin on the tops of my legs do not have any feeling lol.
