That is sad....but this happens more often than not. I don't know if people just do not realize what having a puppy consists of or what....I mean, do they think they can get one and just bring it out to play with when they feel like it? - they should get a plush pet for that! BUT hopefully that little Yorkie is at a better home now! I hope this little Chin works out for her (they need special attention and grooming also)....if not, maybe it too will go to a better home. Hopefully this girl will learn or maybe her parents/roommate/someone can talk some since into her before she does it again!
