I just saw the picture...It makes me sooooo sad...Poor doggies, what did they ever do to deserve this? Nothing...On the other hand, these people are doing very illegal, immoral, hurtful things to these animals, and they need to pay for what they're doing. Who knows how many dogs have died in the process...
