Hello and welcome to YT. Please don't feel like we are picking on you. I will offer some added advice and ideas that might help.
One of the best things about YT is it is a wonderful education. I have had Yorkies for over 30 years and I learn something new almost every day.
Back in the 1960s, 70s, and even the 80s it was routine to place puppies with people when they were 6 or 7 weeks old. Researchers have found that Yorkies learn a lot from their Mother and litter mates from week 6 to week 12. Bite inhibition, keeping the nest (bed, crate, and house) clean. Some mothers if given the chance, will practically potty train her puppies. When puppies are taken away from their mother the human mother must quickly become the PLP (Protector, Leader and Provider). What you don't teach your pup, sadly they will teach themselves. If biting, whining, jumping and chewing works they will do it.
Separation is not natural at this stage of his/ her life. So she cries. It might help to put her in a small safe area like a bathroom tub or shower stall with a pee pad on one end and her sleeping crate, chew toys, food, and water on the other end. Make sure she can not get the shower curtain, soap and so on. A hot water bottle whapped in towel in her crate may help. On line and pet stores, they even sell a stuffed Mommy like doggy that has a part you heat in the microwave, some come with a heart beat CD. Car Sickness is something most dogs out grow. I wouldn't worry about that now. Best wishes and congrats.
