I know that each of us are different in our wants/needs. For me, I will always gravitate to the larger Yorkie which at 7lbs max is not large in my eyes.

I want solid bone structure, not straw type limbs. I don't want to have to worry that jumping on or off the occasional piece of furniture will break a bone.

I want a doggie that can hike with the pack. Terriers including YT's truly should be rough n tumble kind of dogs; that was originally what they were bred for; ie hunting rats.
