Yorkies should not leave there moms until 12 weeks so she is probably scared and needs to feel someone there. Leaving her for 6 hours is very dangerous with a puppy that young because the younger and smaller they are the higher risk for hypoglycemia they have and if no one is there to see them having a hypoglycemic episode they can have seizures and it very well can result in death. They need to be checked on every hour for several weeks.
