Patti, seems like you have gone through enough struggles and often wonder why good people have to suffer so much, it just isn't fair but God knows and never makes you carry your load alone. I am so glad that you took a break and got a nurse to step in even if only for a few hours. Your unending commitment to Jack never ceases to touch me. You have gone through so much stress along with Jack and have never, ever left his side. I didn't know Jack but he must be a wonderful guy to have captured such a wonderful wife. I hope that this surgery helps to elivate some of the sleepless nights that you both have had to get through. It's said that "His eye is on the sparrow" but sometimes I wonder why people have to suffer so much. You and Jack are always in my thoughts and prayers.
