We are umm well we want a 2 story in St Augustine on St John's river on over an acre of land bottom floor has a game room with sliding back glass doors so it opens to our outdoor kitchen and pool open floor plan large kitchen with island a closet large enough for me to have a lounge so i can lay there and stare at my shoes and clothes lol and a large workshop like 6 to 8 car size and a Koi pond under $500.... Hmm after 2 years of looking this house does not exist so now we are just looking for land to build
