I ban Teri for making the bannee read between the lines.

You wouldn't fire someone by saying, Hi, Teri, you've got nice hair. I fire you.

No, I don't think you would. You'd say, 'Hi, Teri, despite your nice hair, you've had some horrific bans lately, and I'm going to have to fire you because of it."

See how easy that is?
