I took him to the vet immediately. He's got a swollen anal like yorkietalkjilly suggested!
He was treated. The vet also gave me antibiotics to feed him as well as an ointment to apply to the area. The ointment is supposed to make him feel better, so he won't scoot and irritate it more. Will be bringing him again in a week to get it re-checked. I hope he recovers in no time~
Now he fights when I have to give him his antibiotics.
*sigh* Though I give him a small treat after he takes them...
