Hi Everyone, we are new on here. I just got my new yorkie puppy 2 days ago and her name is Coco and she is 8 weeks old. Coco is 1.4lb today and she has separation anxiety and she barks and cries when I don't hold her. I was told to leave her in the crate to help her to be independent. but she won't stop crying until I pick her up. Is Coco too young to be left alone? I have to work every other day for about 6 hours so she cries until I get home. I feel bad but there is very little I can do since mommy has to work in order to buy Coco food.
Coco also has motion sickness because I took her with me in the car, she vomited.
I have already browsed the forum and got some great ideas from people's posts.
Just want to say HI to everyone and introduce me and Coco to this community.
Happy Holidays to all yorkies and owners on this site and everywhere in this world.
Coco and Coco's mom
P.s. my username Coco and Gigi coming from my two yorkies that passed away this year (my old Coco) and last year (Gigi). They are two very very special yorkies in my life for 15 years. I love them deeply. So I named my new puppy New Coco (Coco II) to honor my old Coco.
