Have to be careful with any chew thing you give your Yorkie. Too much choking and obstruction. My little Teddy had a stomach obstruction at 10 yr. and I took him to the emergency vet and she said he was very sick and I had to let him go to his heavenly home. To this day I do not know what it was that was the obstruction. Surgery was risky and he probably wouldn't have made it. Just be careful what your Yorkie chews on. I know Teddy did not get any bones that could have got stuck. I watch carefully what my boys get. No rawhide chews or bulls sticks. I do get CET digestible chews from my vet but when those things get too small or icky I take them away.
