All pups should go to the vet for a check up within 24 to 48 hours of getting them and then you could ask the vet what they think. Yorkie pups should not leave there mom before 12 weeks and if they get there shots to early they don't take and sense she is saying she got her first two shots and there is no real way to prove it and she already has not done what is best for the breed by letting the pups go to early you maybe need to start from the beginning. I would definitely talk to your vet and see what they think also with these small babies do not get more then one shot at a time it is to much for there little systems.
