I purchased a puppy 3 weeks ago. She is now 12 weeks. The seller only does 1 litter a year. She said she gave her the first 2 shots, but gave me no record. She emailed and said the were the 7 way shots from Tractor supply. What kind of records do I need to obtain from her for the vet to know what she has had? Thanks for any help.
