I've never been but want to so bad.
An Australian friend totally rained on my parade and said it's dangerous lately, and outside of the touristy spots abd ex-pat occupied areas it's all slums...so I took it as cautionary, but to be fair while probably a lot of truth she doesn't consider anything outside of elitists resorts her parents fund as worth going to...wow I sound mean, but it's true. |
