congrats on your new pup..
i think she will be 4 to 5 pounds full grown..
you normally double the weight at 12 weeks and add 1 pound..
even at 4 or 5 pounds she will still be an extremely tiny dog...
you really have no control over how "big" she will get. i think it is more important that she is healthy and keeps gaining weight and grow up strong...
