The same but different....
I know someone that was traveling and living in Mexico for the last year, and adopted a dog while he lived there. Well he came back (by car) this fall and he said they didn't check the dog for any kind of documentation or ANYTHING!!!
I was shocked!! He said they were busy and just waved them through...
