Washington DC is good.. It can be romantic and fun... Love the museums and REALLY love the National Zoo... In Feb they have the Chinese New Year celebration, sadly the Cherry Blossoms do not bloom till March... Hmm and you would be an hour drive from a Six Flags OOOHH and an hour away from Baltimore's Inner Harbor... Love the National Aquarium there too.
