LOL...IT's tricky to learn but you can type searches like 'PSP 7 LAYERING' or 'Paint Shop Pro 7 Layering Pictures'.....and find great tuts with step by step instructions AND pictures to show you the tools you need to use ...I always specify which version in my searches and found lots on the net...
once you get the basics down it's easy but the very first time playing around is FRUSTRATING
