I would not let any dogs in your house that are not friendly because your dog could end up getting hurt. I am not sure why people want to take dogs that are not friendly every where that there are other dogs but it happens. Also if you did not see what happened and he growled and you know the guy was teasing him I personally would not have told your dog no sense you don't know what happened the guy could have hurt him. Lots of little dogs are scared of being stepped on (I would be too if I was small) I would just say no when he goes at feet. My personal feeling is if you don't like my dog don't come to my house because this is HER house not yours.
