I have seen her ads before. She seems to be pretty well known here. She claims to have "teacup" Havanese! They are 10 to 15 pound dogs! They cannot even breed a consistently tiny Yorkie! Yet she claims to have a teacup Havanese??? She is a big time broker with puppy mill puppies in her "exclusive boutique!" I wish her customers could see the endless flow of over sized small breed dogs that go into shelters regularly. That is what these brokers end up selling for the most part.
