I'm not a breeder, so I can't answer everything...but as a prospective buyer, I wouldn't buy from her. All the points you made are definite red flags IMO, with the exception of the diet. I also feed raw to my kids and I would be ecstatic to learn my breeder fed raw. But, on the other hand, she's breeding Biewers and thinks it's a black and white Yorkie...so that makes me wonder if she's feeding correctly. There is a lot of work and thought to prepare meals and if she doesn't know her own dog's breed...well, that's alarming.
Do you know if the Maltese was fixed?
