Then do that spay her. And please please consult with an expert on the risks you are putting your gal through.
I have to say any breeder knowing the previous medical history of this dog, should never try to force you to go through with one more whelp.
Stick up for your dog. Protect her health and well being. JUST SAY NO to this breeder.
You are and more importantly your dog is taking all the risks.
