I'm glad that Poppy ended up having a fun Christmas shopping for her and the cat. Some people just are not dog people and so we have to pray for them.
We had Christmas at my oldest son's house this year. His wife is not only NOT a dog person, she is not an animal person! She was raised in a family that had animals but they were not allowed in the house. They lived in a house on some acres but all of their dogs and cats lived outside. So this daugher-in-law feels that dogs are outside animals!
Can you imagine?
I had to think long and hard about if I should take Gracie over there. I knew it would annoy the in law.
Finally after much consideration I decided to leave my little girl home. She would have probably felt the bad vibes and I did not want to ruin her Christmas.
When I arrived home after being at my son's house I found Gracie with her hair all messed up. Before I left I had groomed her and parted her hair to perfection! I have a feeling that she and one of the cats were having a free for all while they had the place to themselves.
She was all charged up so I think we interrupted the best part of the match! So I guess all in all a good time was had by all!
