This is Paint Shop Pro - Very similar to Photoshop that Val uses and here is a link you can download the full version for FREE...
it also has animation shop if you go to FILE and scroll down - you'll see 'Jasc Software Products'...then it will say 'LAUNCH ANIMATION SHOP' - so this is actually 2 products in one download
ps...you'll only see this if you have a layered picture open (like an Avatar)...but it IS there
