Yorkie puppies are mostly black with some tan bits. As they age they change color.

8 weeks is too young to be definitely potty trained. Generally you just need to be consistent, but you can't expect an immature bladder/sphincter to be able to control itself. Be patient and give it some more time and maturity.

I'm sure others will have suggestions for you once they see your post.
