I spoke to her regarding health guarantee and she said they cover for congenital diseases. The Sire and Dam are from Carolyn and she is a very well known breeder. But she has retired from breeding now. So, I "assume" that the pups will be healthy.

I should still get a confirmation from her. I will call her up tomorrow and say that I am ready and be willing to travel to her place and pay the deposit. If everything goes fine, I will visit pups again when they are 8 weeks of age.
