It's so easy to get caught up in the commercial side of Christmas but, in our house, the first thing that goes under our tree is the Nativity set.
Each of our grandkids gets 1 gift from us and we spend the rest of the day eating, visiting and enjoying each other's company...that's what it's about for me. I love to cook & bake and I love to share that with my family and friends. Unfortunately, this year, I made several new recipes for Thanksgiving and Christmas so I now have some new favorites...fattening new favorites I should say...and I don't need anymore of those! lol!
