I can recommend the Sierra coat by Teckelklub. It's impeccably well made, has a covered leash opening, waterproof, and has silver reflective piping. It's super easy to get on and off. I also own the Fuzzie. You can layer the Fuzzie under the Sierra for extra warmth.
