For a bit I was thinking "is this chest pain or nausea or both" scared myself....its calming down a bit now...blech.

Am putting a call into the dr. in the a.m. for Zpack...I think your right...this other stuff is just making me feel worse...its been going on for over a week...many people in my building have it...just awful, I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

Thanks for the kind words...it does help!

p.s. definitely praying...always do! Will say one for you too!
I was last really sick like that in 2004 or 2005 and every single time I would cough so violently, I almost - or actually did "have a problem", if you get my drift. I thought I was becoming totally incontinent but apparently it is the combination of taking medicine and violent coughing that does it. Once I was over that flu and off the medication and a month of coughing was over, I was back to normal again! I almost couldn't breathe my chest was so congested. Had to sit up in bed and fight for air. Felt like I had a brick on my chest. I finally realized I needed a burst of adrenaline to help my breathing so I got online on Ebay and started bidding for auctions about to end. Got so excited over a Patti Playpal I was bidding for and won, I totally got past the breathing difficulty with all of that natural adrenaline coursing through me, which really opened my congested tubes up I guess, and 10 days later, this beautiful doll showed up via UPS! I felt totally justified in spending all that money as it kept me out of the E.R. probably and was much more pleasant way to spend an hour.

Sure hope you start to feel better. Be careful taking alcoholic drinks with certain medicines so check with the pharmacist to be sure nothing you are taking will be dangerous to you with the hot toddy and if, not, drink up! Gotta take care of Lynzy!!!
