I just wanted to tell Nana, she made the right choice. I don't know if all Maltese are like this, but mine just isn't near the companion that my precious first Yorkie was, or as good a companion as this Yorkie is.
It isn't even close. You made the right choice. Don't get me wrong, I love my Maltese, and he's cute. But a great companion he is not. And, hard-headed - you wouldn't believe it!!
My Yorkies have been about 100 times better companions than he's been. Maybe I just got an unusal Maltese. But, i'll never buy/adopt another one...I know that may sound harsh, but it is just the truth, in my situation. I'll stick with Yorkies. Though, at my age, I don't think I'll ever be in the market for another dog. |
