I have a very very young pup. She refuses to use her puppy pad. We will train her to go outside when she has her first shots in about a week. My family thinks I'm mean because I put her in her crate when I need to do something other than hold her and play with her. How can I get her to use her puppy pads in the meantime? What's the key to this? Please help!
