Does anyone have experience with their pup having a fatty tumor?

The reason I am asking is that Buster, my YHR foster, had one the size of my fist in his "armpit." The vet removed it when he had a dental last week. The vet put a drain tube in this area and it is coming out today, I think. He appears to be recovering nicely and hopefully will get the stitches out soon.

Anyway, just curious. This is a new one to me.
