It just keeps on..... Please be careful - most of you guys know Cali's miracle story. Seems like the only thing that is a sure thing is a covered run or cabana. I did string clear fishing line and put ribbons on them - put them about 12" apart. Neighbors thought I had lost my mind! A tree branch took most of them down the other day. They went from the garage eve to dowels I stuck up in the chain link fence. The hawks ( only seen one at a time) still sit up high and watch her, but no swoops. Of course, I am always out there with her and carry one of those large fan shaped rakes.
The fine here is $10,000 and can have some jail time added on. It is an International Migratory law I understand from the Fish & wildlife folks.
