The second is that rescues pass up so many great homes for these animals and while doing so many animals they could have helped after finding homes for the ones they have are put down unnecessarily.

Of course I am sure that these attitudes and policies develop out of the horrible things that they hear and see on a regular basis. I just wish that they would review the practicality of their rules every now and then.
