I am pretty sure she was not early. I counted the babies would have come dec 24. But when I took Sophia to vet for x ray on dec 3 he said he could not see pups yet the bones he said. So he thought she wasn't 40 dys yet. And I am not sure what the baby weighs. I don't have scales. Sophia does not seem to want to bite. She just try's to get away fast. I have been. Wiping her bottom and she has pooped dark waxy looking the first time and now it's yellow. Not sure if she is peeing cause she poops a lot & I kinda get distracted by cleaning that up. Am I suppose to mix half water with her milk. Cause I have not yet. I didn't know. I was just going by the directions. On milk. I have just born milk and my husband went & got me. Goats milk. Should I mix some karo. In with it. I have a microwave heating pad in puppy bed and baby blanket over it & a blanket covering puppy bed to keep her warm. And I have puppy bed in bed between my husband & I. Which should be no problem cause Sophia & bubbles sleep with us too. I have my hand in the bed to let her feel me it seems to calm her more. And that way I also. Know what she is doing when I fall asleep. How long do I have to worry like this about both mommy and baby . How long before Sophia is out of the woods & I can give full attention to little one. Sorry so many questions. But I do thank you for your help & concern |
