Was the pups early ?
How much does the pup weigh ?

Yes, good chance to save the pup if it not early and of good weigh.

Some female are sore and don't want the pup to nurse but it's best if you can get the pup on the teat even if you have to hold the mom down to let it nurse, just talk softy to your girl as you do so. If the pups tummy seems plump then she is getting milk. Just make sure she doesn't try to bite her.
Some will breeders will muzzle the female to keep them from trying to bite the pups.

And you may have to switch between the bottle and nursing until the female takes to her.

I've had several C-Section and even if they don't seem to have milk most do, it's just very little at first. Getting the pup to nurse will help bring the milk in better.
