I would let everyone get settled in and see how things are going with the two you have. Give it some time and see if you think it's time to add 2 more.

I think there can be pluses and minuses to doing it.

Without knowing your sister and your situation, I wouldn't even try to tell you if you should or shouldn't. You'll know if it's doable or not but I strongly suggest giving it some time to know that (like, don't go get 2 dogs a month after she's there..give it a few months).

I do agree with the above statement about being ready to take on all the dogs yourself if needed. Not because your sister doesn't take care of her dog...I'm sure she's an awesome mom. But because unforeseen things really do arize after the age of 18. Heck, I had to leave my baby dawg with my mom for a few months at the age of 30 because of divorce/move to new state/new job.
